MAIA connects to Gmail and Google Calendar only through Google's own sign-in, and only with the access you approve on Google's screen. We'll list each permission MAIA requests, and why, here before our Google verification is submitted.
How long we keep things.
Your email and calendar content: not stored. Assistant memory and account details: until you delete them or close your account, then gone within 30 days. Activity log: 12 months. Backups and technical logs: 30 days. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
Where your data lives.
We're preparing a verified map of where your data is processed and stored, and the list of companies that help us run MAIA. Until both are published here, we make no claims about locations.
Who's responsible.
MAIA is provided by xFabriq Inc., which is responsible for your data. QNetwork Inc. builds and operates MAIA for us, as our service provider.
Our status, honestly.
MAIA is in private beta. Our Google app is not yet verified, so Google will show a notice when you connect. An independent security assessment (CASA) is planned. We'll update this line as each one changes.

What does it cost?
Nothing during the private beta. We'll tell you about paid plans well before they start, and you choose whether to continue.
Will it send anything without me?
No. Every email, invitation or change waits for your approval.
Who can see my mail?
No one at xFabriq, except with your consent, for security, or where the law requires it.
Where is my data kept?
The Trust section above explains how your data is handled. We're preparing a verified map of where it's processed and stored, and until it's published we make no claims about locations.
How do I leave?
Disconnect Google in one step, then ask us to delete your account. Your memory and account data are deleted within 30 days.
